Terms of Service

LLMonster is an AI-powered information management and automation service. Key features include:

• Summarization of web pages, PDFs, videos, and other content
• Automatic categorization and organization by AI
• Access via mobile apps and web browsers
• One-click saving with Chrome extension

Registration is completed when an applicant applies for registration using the method prescribed by the Company and the Company approves the application.

The Company may refuse registration if the applicant:

• Provides false information during registration
• Has previously violated these Terms
• Is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
• Criminal activities
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Disrupting or interfering with our servers or networks
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Users shall pay the fees separately determined by the Company and displayed on the website for paid portions of the Service.

Pricing Plans:

• Free Plan: Free (up to 3 summaries per day)
• Premium Plan: ¥980/month or ¥9,800/year

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, absence of defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
