Service Delivery Time

As a digital service, you can start using the service immediately (within 5 minutes) after payment processing is completed. No physical product delivery is involved.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Refunds at Customer's Convenience

Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot accept returns or refunds after service provision has begun. For subscription plans, you can cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Service Defects

If there are significant defects in the service due to our fault, or if prolonged service outages occur, we will handle each case individually. Please contact our support center at support@breakai.ai.

Cancellation procedure: You can cancel anytime from your account settings or profile page. After cancellation, billing will stop from the next billing date.
